Jayalakshmi Venugopal from DNA reports in her article that small companies are big in blogosphere. I agree with her assessment to a large extent. As Siddharth from WebChutney says “Blogs offer a great alternative to advertising and are good branding tools since they attract a regular audience and foster trust”. Now the bigger companies really don’t need to maintain blogs for their branding but for a smaller company - this makes a lot of sense.

I, for one, know that the blogs maintained by various TeknoKrats have immensely benefitted Tekriti. It definitely provides us a channel to talk about the various happenings at Tekriti. Of course, we do exercise a bit of caution when talking about something controversial and / or stuff that is still under experimentation.

And, yeah, she mentioned Tekriti in her article. So - if you haven’t read the article - you probably want to. :-)
